Kindly:

1. State your wedding date, even if inquiring for bridal/pre-wedding photography services. (this is actually the MOST important part of the email – at least in this initial point of contact, believe it or not…)

2. Emailing is the best way of contacting me for services, since I have to reply you with soft copy documents of rates and charges regardless of how you contacted me in the first place.

3. Leave a contact number in case your email gets bounced, there would be an alternative way to reach you.

4. Not CC: the rest of the world (read: 83423 other photographers). If you really must, use BCC:…..
